R!SK is a monthly(ish) recurring show featuring theatrical performances by both new and seasoned artists and produced by GnAster at the Foundry in Cambridge, MA! GnAster Presents is the production partnership of Boston-Based Drag Things, Gnat and Aster R*sk. Killah Croc is the Resident Host! Each showcase presents a rotating roster of 20(ish) local performers!

This show is one of the best 18+ events in Boston! Anyone over 18 can come to watch the show or sign up to perform, no prior experience necessary. This is a sober space- there are no alcohol or drugs on the premises! And- this show is Covid-safer! We encourage anyone feeling sick to stay home, require masking for all audience members, and require a negative Covid test from our cast of performers and our crew on the day of the show. We believe drag and burlesque should be accessible to younger audiences, people who need sober spaces, and disabled and Covid-concerned people, aged 18-110!​
THE TEAM
Aster R*sk created R!SK, wanting to bring to Boston it's first 18+ and Sober Open-Stage while still mitigating the dangers of Covid-19. From the beginning, Gnat was there providing much-needed support. Gnat's role grew as he became someone Aster relied and depended on, and, on May 25, 2024, Performers for Palestine took place as their first official co-production! Since then, Gnat and Aster have been working nonstop as a production partners, with shows nearly every month! Their next production will be on January 14, 2026!
Aster R*sk (IG: @Aster_Rsk) is a Drag Thing that has been a part of the Boston drag scene since early 2023! They started producing shows in October 2023 and are Co-Producer of R!SK.
Caulk-A-Roach (IG: @Caulk.A.Roach) is a Drag Thing that has been a part of the Boston drag scene since April of 2023! They are Aster R*sk's first drag child and can often be founding helping crew R!SK.
Gnat (IG: @GnatDrag) is a Drag Thing that has been performing in the Boston drag scene since the start of 2023! They became Co-Producer of R!SK in mid-2024.
Mx. Fae Belle (IG: @MxFaeBelle) is a Drag Thing that has been a part of the Boston drag scene since October of 2023! They are Aster R*sk's second drag child and can often be founding helping crew R!SK.
Killah Croc (IG: @KillahCrocDrag) is a Drag Artist that has been performing in the Boston drag scene since the start of 2023! They officially became the Resident Host of R!SK in October of 2024.
